Every great profession needs a foundation to stand on. Your donation,  however large or small – helps USAA train members, publish research, advocate for the profession, and build the institutional strength that Uganda's social scientists deserve.

USAA is a non-profit association funded by its members and supporters. We do not receive government subsidies. What we have is a committed community – and people like you who believe in what we are building.

Capacity Building

Funding workshops, training programmes, and conference participation for members across Uganda.

Research & Publication

Supporting the production of Uganda's sociological and anthropological journal and other scholarly outputs.

Student Support

Subsidising membership and access to opportunities for student members who are the future of the discipline.

Institutional Development

Keeping the association's operations, communications, and governance running effectively.
